Used 2005 Eagle 1000-UM15 horizontal shaft impact crusher with Ultra Max solid steel 3–bar
rotor including blow bars. Two adjustable curtains, bottom curtain adjust hydraulically.
Crusher shell is opened and closed hydraulically, and is lined with replaceable wear
segments. Feed rock box w/ chains to minimize fly-rock.
Powered by a Detroit Series 40 Diesel Engine
Complete with a vibrating grizzly feeder with a step deck grizzly section and a heavy duty
dump hopper.
Under grizzly section has a flop gate to either send the grizzly fines down to the under
crusher belt or out to an 18” side under grizzly discharge conveyor.
42” front discharge conveyor with and Eriez self-cleaning permanent magnet.
All mounted on a heavy duty tracked chassis.
