Eagle Crusher UM1200-25 closed circuit horizontal shaft impact crusher w/ 15' vibrating grizzly feeder mounted in a fabricated steel hopper. John Deere diesel power w/ 2-bearing generator, electric motors, and switch gear. 42" under crusher conveyor transports crushed material onto 5' x 16' (2d) incline screen. Top deck chute directs oversized material onto 24" cross conveyor, which transports material onto 24" closed circuit conveyor for return to crusher. Bottom deck chute directs material to 24" folding side discharge conveyor. Under grizzly chute w/ flop gate directs grizzly fines to either under crusher conveyor or 24" cross conveyor, which directs material to 42" side discharge conveyor w/ permanent self-cleaning magnet. All mounted on a tri-axle chassis w/ hydraulic lifting leg system, blocking stands, access ladder, walkway, fifth wheel pin, lights, brakes, mud flaps, and rubber tires.
